Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in France -- 1968-1970. No date code, but production of this pen beganin France in 1968, and the flat tassies were replaced by dish tassies in 1971.

Filling System Cartridge/converter. An aerometric converter is installed.
Color Silver Plated "Godron" pattern. It is a parallel lines pattern. The cap ring is imprinted with 30 µ, indicating that the plating is 30 microns thick.
Nib FINE 14k gold nib, very smooth. Nib is marked "Parker 585 France".
Condition Excellent condition. Slight handwear and microscratching. A dot of brassing on the clip. There are some slight dings and plating wear on the edges of both tassies, and some horizontal scratches near the end of the barrel. No other significant dings or dents in the finish. The metal nib angle indicator has some of the typical corrosion, but this should not affect the pen's function. The imprint is clear and easily legible. The pen is working well.
