Color Rich black lacquer with gold plated trim (clip, cap band, tassies on cap and barrel). Black ridged section.
Nib #94 18k Nib (France). Medium italic.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen in a classic design. The cap and barrel look good with just some light microscratching. The barrel has marks caused by posting and the black has worn off in a thin line where the barrel meets the end tassie. The section has moderate scratching. The clip has small dots of plating wear on the arrow end and light microscratching elsewhere. The top dimpled tassie has light microscratching and some light plating wear on the top. The dimpled barrel end piece has light microscratching as well as plating wear on the bottom. The imprints are clear.
