Color Black lacquer with a speckled pattern of rich red brown that has a gold like sheen, Chinese Lacque. Gold plated trim with multi-faceted bands which catch the light and flat black onyx end jewels. Black section.

Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a deeply and richly colored pen that is shiny and elegant. The cap and barrel have a few light marks, but nothing that penetrates the lacquer. The cap band has light microscratching on the faceted bands. The matte interior band is perfect. The clip and clip ring look fantastic. The imprints are clear.
