Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in France. They began making this model in 1983 and made it for a period of approximately 8 years.

Filling System The fountain pen takes Parker cartridges or converters, and a working squeeze converter is installed.
Color Black lacquer with a speckled pattern of rich red brown that has a gold like sheen, this pattern is called "Chinese Lacque." Gold plated trim with multi-faceted bands which catch the light and flat black onyx end jewels.
Nib MEDIUM 18k Nib. It is smooth and has a hint of springiness to it and plenty of nice tipping material. Ballpoint takes Parker-style refills.
Condition Excellent condition, in box. Fountain pen looks great, no cracks, chips, scratches, or personalization. The clip looks really good, no plating wear or brassing. There is a small toolmark on the top surface of the nib; this will not affect the functionality of the pen. Ballpoint pen has a long scratch about 1.5" long on the barrel, which is partially hidden in the dark color and patterning. No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or other scratches. Imprints are clear on both pieces.
Original Premier box is in excellent condition. In addition to the felt gift box, the cardboard packaging contains two felt pen sleeves, two of the Chinese Laque clip tags, key to adjust nib, and original waranty booklet.
