Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in UK -- we see a few different date codes on these ranging from 1997 (lllP) to 2004 (I.llll).

Filling System Takes Parker style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included Parker converter.
Color Plated sterling silver finish with black end pieces, a black section, and gold plated trim. All gold plating is 23k.
Nib MEDIUM 23k gold plated Parker nib is smooth, marked M on the section.
Condition New old stock condition, never used or inked. The plated surface has a few light microstratches and polishing marks. No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or personalization. It's working perfectly.
