Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in UK -- The laque black was produced between 1991 and 2007. We couldn't find a date code.

Filling System Takes Parker style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included Parker slide converter.
Color Laque Black finish with black end pieces, a black section, and gold plated trim. The black ends have a small round gold plated piece insert. All gold plating is 23k.
Nib EXTRA FINE 23k gold plated Parker nib is smooth, marked X on the section.
Condition Nice condition. The shiny finish on the lacquer is dull in several parts and is roughed up in others. The lacquer is peeling on the section beneath the nib. There's lots of handwear and overall the pen looks more matte than shiny. There's one scratch on the cap on the opposite side of the clip. No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or personalization. It's working perfectly.
