Manufacturer and Year Parker -- they made this model in the US, UK and in France. This one is marked France. The whole Parker 95 line was phased out in 1994, and the E date code indicates this was made in 1988.

Filling System This pen takes Parker cartridges, one of which will be included. (You can also purchase a converter for this pen, but please note that one is NOT included as a part of this listing.)
Color Black lacquer barrell and cap with gold plated trim. Black top inserts.
Nib The nib is fine. It seems to be gold plated.
Condition Very nice, lightly used condition. No chips or dents. No scratches, just light wear.
