Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, UK -- 1999. This limited edition was released that year, and there's a corresponding IIN date code.

Filling System Parker cartridge/converter. A Parker converter is installed.
Color Sterling silver with gold-plated trim. The surface is engraved with a fishnet pattern.
Nib MEDIUM ITALIC two-toned 18k Parker nib. Very smooth.
Condition Near mint, in box, with paperwork. Very light microscratching and polishing marks, but no significant marks of use. No dents or dings, or interruptions in the intrictely engraved patterning. The imprint is perfect. Some of the edges of the outer cardboard boxes have small dents and scuffs in them, but the inner display box is perfect.
