Filling System The pen comes fitted with a Parker piston converter. The converter can be removed to use Parker style cartridges. Two cartridges are included in the box.
Color Black with gold plated trim. This pen has the mark 1 body/cap and the mark 2 nib section. (The mark 1 section was characterized by double cap bands like on the end of the barrel. The mark 2 section has one band on the collar of the nib.)
Nib ITALIC18k 750 nib is marked 94 on the feed. The 94 indicates medium factory italic. It will write like a medium-broad. This is the "banner" style nib which goes with the mark 2 Duofold, correct for the section but not the barrel and cap. See the writing sample below.
Condition Near mint condition. It has some polishing marks on the trim and consistent handwear throughout. There were a few dots of tarnish on the clip when we took the photos, but they have been removed with light polishing.The imprints are clear and there are no dents, chips, cracks, or signs of plating wear. Comes with Parker Duofold packaging and clip tag.
