Manufacturer and Year Parker, UK -- 1990, the date code is a clear Q. The date code is in an odd location and is on the bottom of the cap, just above the cap bands.

Filling System The fountain pen takes Parker cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed and a pair of cartridges is in the box.
Color Solid orange with black end pieces and gold plated trim. The orange is very similar to the older red hard rubber or the permanite that Parker used decades earlier.
Nib Medium 18k nib. It is marked M on the feed. It writes smoothly and has an arrow on the face.
Condition Mint condition. There is a little handling and storage wear on barrel end. No scratches, dents, chips, or plating wear. The fountain pen might have been dipped, but otherwise there was no usage. In original Special Edition box with all packaging including clip tag, paperwork, pair of cartridges, display labels, and wooden box.
