Filling System The fountain pen is a button filler. It has been restored with a new sac.
Color Moderne Black and Pearl color. This is a pearlescent marble mix with black veins. The cap has three bands. Gold plated trim. There are black pieces at the end of the barrel and at the top of the cap. The barrel is personalized, "E.R.M. Dragoo".
Nib FINE Parker Duofold nib has a date code of 26 with one dot.
Condition Excellent condition for this short, beautifully colored pen that has lots of shine and pearlescence. The barrel color has darkened to an amber, typical for this material. The cap color is close to original except for a slighly darkened band in the middle. The barrel has marks caused by capping and posting. There are no other significant marks or scratches. The cap has very light scratching. The cap lip is fragile and has some very short (1/16") hairline cracks along the edge. The middle and bottom cap bands have plating wear. The top cap band looks great. The clip has significant plating wear, pitting along the edges and the cap ring has pitting. The barrel is personalized, "E.R.M. Dragoo". The clip imprint is clear.
