Type Vintage Desk Pen with Base
Product Name Duofold Jr
Manufacturer and Year Parker USA -- 1930s. No date code.
Length The oval base is around 6-1/2" at the longest point, and the pen is 7-3/16" long. The pen is the smaller of the two Duofold desk pens, and fits the pen holder.
Filling System Button filler, restored here at PSP with a new sac.
Color The porcelain base is "Mottled Mahogany", a nice medium pinkish brown, and the pen is red permanite.
Nib FINE 14k nib, verging on the medium. It is smooth and firm.
Condition Excellent, the base looks great. The pen has moderate scratching, and the barrel color looks fantastic with no cracks or issues. The black hard rubber section has minimal fading. The imprint is clear and fairly crisp.
