Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA - it has a raised cap band which was made between circa 1923-7.

Filling System Button filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Red (orange) permanite with gold filled trim.
Nib EXTRA FINE 14k arrow nib in nice condition, smooth and fairly firm with nice tipping material. (This is a Vacumatic style nib from the 1930s, with a Vacumatic style feed, commonly used by Parker as a replacement for the original Duofold nib and feed.)
Condition Superior condition. There is very light wear on the cap and barrel of the pen, microscratching on the trim but hardly a spot of plating wear. The cap band is just a tiny bit loose, but the cap screws on smoothly and without resistance. No cracks or chips, no dings or dents. The color is very good, it does not appear to have changed at all over the years. The imprint is very crisp and readable (see photos). Fully restored and working well.
