Filling System Button filler. We've fully restored it and it's working well. The mechanical pencil takes 1.1mm leads. A small pack of leads will be included.
Color Black and pearl (moderne) body and cap with gold filled trim. Three thin cap band rings on the fountain pen. Black top pieces and end piece on the fountain pen. Gold twist top on the mechanical pencil.
Nib FINE Parker Duofold gold nib with serial number 0284226. Smooth with excellent tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition for this impressive looking set that comes in a great color pattern. The fountain pen barrel coloration has darkened considerably to a rich caramel color. It is consistent but the cap is much lighter. The mechanical pencil color is excellent and uniform. The fountain pen barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as light to moderate scratching. The cap has short hairline cracks less than 1/8" long at the cap lip and one longer crack (see photos), otherwise mainly light scratching. The cap bands have plating wear. The clip has plating wear on the ball end. The mechanical pencil has light to moderate wear. The cone has plating wear where it meets the body of the pencil and around the tip, as well as two small dents. The pencil clip has plating wear at the ball end and some light scratching. The gold twist top has some light microscratching and a little plating wear along and around some of the edges. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
