Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large-sized, velvety black pen that has classical styling. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate to some heavy scratching (including deep and long scratch marks). It has a personalization, "Ruth West Campbell, Greenwich Conn." The section color has mellowed to a chocolate brown. The cap has many small, deep scratch marks. The cap bands have plating wear. The clip has brassing and plating wear on the ball end and small scratches along the edges. The clip ring looks pretty good with just some microscratching. The imprints are clear.
