Product Description

Product Name Parker UK Duofold/Victory. It's not marked "Victory," but the "Reg. T.M." imprint indicates British production.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, Newhaven, England -- 1941-5.
Length 5-1/16"
Filling System Button Filling System, fully restored and working well.
Color Light and Dark Burgundy Marble. Black section and pieces at the end of both cap and barrel. Two narrow gold cap bands, and gold clip.
Nib Medium Flexible Duofold 14k nib. The nib says "Parker Duofold 14k Pen N." See the writing sample below, but also we have a cautionary note: there is a tiny (less than 1/16") crack at the back of the breather hole, which could grow unless you exercise care in using this pen and do not over-flex the nib.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a nicely patterned and colored pen, very shiny and attractive. Under magnification, we see microscratching and handwear, but the pen looks quite shiny in hand. The barrel has some marks caused by the cap lip, as well as light scratching all over. The imprint ("Geo. S. Parker/Parker Duofold/Reg. T.M.") is correct for the English Duofolds, and is slightly worn, but still clear and readable. The cap has light scratching. The cap bands have some tiny dents and dots of plating wear on the edges. The clip has brassing along the sides, and brassing and plating wear at the ball end.
