Product Name Parker Lucky Curve Jack Knife Safety Pen, model 20. The model number is stamped at the end of the pen. (You'll find these model 20 pens in a variety of sizes, this is a small junior or ladies pen.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, Janesville, Wis. -- circa late 1920s.
Length Just over 4-7/16 inches capped.
Filling System Button filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Smooth black hard rubber body and turban topped cap. Excellent, consistent coloration.
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE Parker Lucky Curve Pen 2 nib is smooth with lovely tipping material. The nib is what we would call fully flexible, with decent hairlines and easy flex to double broad under very little pressure. See our writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition for this shiny little pen with excellent coloration (the black is consistent and smooth). The cap and barrel look great. The section has chips in the hard rubber, probably tool marks. The barrel imprint is faded but legible. The cap imprint is clear. The "20" mark at the end of the barrel is clear. No cracks, dents, dings or scratches.
