Product Description
Type Vintage fountain pen in excellent working condition
Product Name Parker Lady Duofold Juniorette. It might have started as a ring top, and had a clip added later.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1930s
Length 4-1/2" long.
Filling System The fountain pen is a button filler. It has been restored with a new sac.
Color Moderne Black and Pearl color. It started as a pearlescent marble mix with black veins but has ambered. The barrel is close to a caramel color, and the cap is a light yellow. The cap has three narrow cap bands, a clip, and a ringtop.
Nib Medium gold Parker Duofold nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. The barrel is more ambered than the cap but it's still a nice color, and the pearly property of the lighter part remains. The barrel imprint is clear. The cap finial has some marks that interrupt the knurling. The blind cap has similar marks. The section has several tool marks. The clip looks good, with brassing at the top end and ball, as well as along the edges. The ringtop hardware is secure. Overall the pen looks very good and is not personalized and has no dings or major scratches. It has been fully restored and is working well. (There was a glob of dirt on the barrel above the imprint, but that was cleaned off after we did the photos.)
