Product Description
Type High end modern fountain pen.
Product Name Duofold Centennial (Mark III, Ace of Spades).
Manufacturer and Year Parker, UK - 2005 (The date code is a clear TI indicating 2005. This is the first year the checker-patterned pens were produced).
Length 5-3/8".
Filling System Takes Parker-style cartridges and converters. An unmarked (and therefore probably Aurora) piston converter is installed.
Color "Check Marine" body with platinum plated trim. The barrel is a checkered pattern of various blues that span white blues to black blues. It has two same size cap bands and an ace of spades emblem in the cap end.
Nib FINE 18k nib with the ace of spades on it. It is a two-tone nib that has some springiness to it. The feed is labeled F for fine so we're calling it a fine, but the nib really looks like it could be closer to medium.
Condition Near Mint, just about mint condition. It's "near" mint because we know the pen has been used and the nib has slight usage signs. The pen has nearly no handwear, and just about no polishing marks. The imprints are crisp and there are no dents, scratches, or cracks.
Sorry, no box or paperwork.
