Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. We believe this pen has never been inked. This is a nicely weighted pen in a classical design that has all its little squares intact and nicely outlined in dark black. Some of the squares have tarnish, and you see the clear coating over the sterling is hit and miss. The end piece of the barrel has some dots of tarnishing. The thin gold cap band looks great. The silver band above that has some surface wear. The clip has light microscratching. The clip ring looks excellent. The top black jewel has some teeny scratches along one edge. The imprints are nice and crisp.
