Color Sterling silver grid pattern finish is one of Parker's well known patterns, called Cicelé. The trim is gold plated. (There's also a silverplate version of this pen that looks almost exactly the same, however it does not have hallmarks. This pen has the 925 hallmark on the cap.) The original clip tag is attached.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a classic, elegant pen that is truly beautiful. All the small grids are intact and the outlining surrounding them looks great. The end of the barrel has a little bit of plating wear and some microscratching. The cap band portion above the gold plated band (the band with the imprints) has some small blotches of plating wear. The clip has light scratching. The piece on top of the cap looks good. The imprints are clear.
