Type Vintage Vacumatic filling fountain pen.
Product Name Vacumatic Junior -- the Junior is more or less the same size as the Major, however it has two thin cap rings and a "split arrow" clip as opposed to the Blue Diamond clip.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1943 (The imprint on the barrel and nib are clear 3's).
Length 5-1/8".
Filling System Standard style plastic Vacumatic filling system. We have fully restored it with a new diaphragm and it's working perfectly.
Color Golden Pearl brown striped finish with gold plated trim and a black cap jewel. Thin double cap band and a split arrow clip.
Nib EXTRA FINE gold arrow style Parker USA nib. It's smooth with nice tipping, and has some flex to it. See the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap shows some handwear. The cap bands have one mark of brassing and the clip has some light plating wear on the sides. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. The barrel looks great with consistent transparency and a readable imprint. It's fully restored and working well.
