Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a small, beautifully colored, shiny mechanical pencil in a nice vintage design. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching with a number of long scratch lines on both. There is a gap between the cap and barrel portions (see photos) where you can see the silver colored mechanism. The cone has light plating wear and moderate scratching. The cap band decoration is fully intact. The band looks good though it does have some light scratches. The short arrow clip looks good. The clip ring small scratches here and there, some in clusters. The top jewel that matches the green pearl has light microscratching. The imprints are clear.
