Product Name Parker Vacumatic ... the pattern is called "Shadow Wave" and this particular model is the largest of the two sizes made -- "Junior" with a Lockdown filling system.
Manufacturer and Year Parker - 1938 (The imprint on the barrel is very clear -- 28, which means 2nd quarter 1938. The date mark on the nib is also 37 so it might be the original, a few quarters older than the rest of the pen.)

Filling System Vacumatic filler, Lockdown style, is in excellent working condition. The filling system has been restored by us with a new diaphragm, and it has been tested. (We will guarantee the filling system for one year from purchase.)
Color Green striped with gold trim. Black blind cap and jewels.
Nib FINE. 14k, firm.
Condition Excellent, very smooth and shiny. No cracks on the cap lip. Only light wear with excellent plated surfaces.
