Filling System Vacumatic filler is in excellent working condition. The filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens. (We will guarantee the filling system for one year from purchase.) It has a lockdown filling system.
Color Windowed Black pen. It looks like the opaque black at some angles, but when held up to light and rotated, it has slotted transparent portions. The cap has a narrow pair of bands. The trim is gold plated.
Nib Flexible Fine 14k nib. Writes smoothly and produces good line variation. See the writing sample below. The Slender Junior originally had a single tone nib, but this pen has the two-tone Slender nib and corresponding section shape.
Condition Superior condition. The barrel transparency is very strong. The pen has some handwear and the barrel imprint is easily read. The blind cap is flush with the barrel. The cap jewel protrudes a bit and the cap bands are brassed. The clip has some brassing on the edges, particularly around the arrowhead.
