Manufacturer and Year Parker USA -- 1935 (The date code on the barrel is a 45, indicating the 4th quarter of 1935. We know that the lockdown fillers were phased out in 1937.)

Filling System Vacumatic lockdown plunger filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens and is in excellent working condition. The bladder has been replaced and the pen has been tested.
Color Black with amber striation in the barrel with a black section and three narrow cap bands. There is a black jewel on each end of the pen and the trim is gold plated.
Nib FINE 14k nib is a smooth writer and very firm. It is a narrow fine nib.
Condition Excellent condition. Light to moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. The clip and clip ring have brassing and plating wear. The cap bands have brassing. There is a 3/8" long crack in the cap lip, and we've included a close-up of this area in the photos. The blind cap has bite marks. Both jewels have some small scratches. The barrel imprint is clear; there is no personalization.
