Filling System Vacumatic filler is in excellent working condition. The filling system has been restored here at Peyton Street Pens. (We will guarantee the filling system for one year from purchase.) It has a lockdown filling system. The mechanical pencil takes 1.1mm leads. A packet of leads will be included.
Color "Golden Pearl" bodies and caps with gold plated trim. Alternating brown pearl bands and, on the barrel, semi-transparent amber bands. There are two striped jewels at the ends (mimicking barrel color) of the fountan pen. The cap has a narrow trio of bands. The trim is gold plated. The mechanical pencil has a black jewel at the end. The mechanical pencil has a personalization, "EJS" on the barrel.
Nib FINE Parker nib with a 46 marked on it. Originally two-tone, a lot of the masking has worn off.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or dents. This is a beautifully colored set. The fountain pen barrel has excellent transparency. It has marks caused by the cap lip. The cap has just some light scratching. The lower cap band has plating wear along the bottom edge. The bands all have microscratches. The clip has plating wear at the arrow end and along the top right edge. There are some small scratches on the surface. The top and bottom jewel have light scratching. The mechanical pencil has light scratching. The cone has microscratching. The three cap bands have some plating wear along bottom edges. The clip has plating wear along all the edges and along the clip ring where there are also some little dings. The top black jewel has a few scratches. The pencil has a personalization, "EJS". The imprints on both pieces are clear.
