Product Description
Type Fountain pen with aerometric filing system
Product Name Parker Victory. Virtually the same model as the Duofold Junior in terms of size and looks. The only difference we noted was the Victory has slightly fewer barrel threads.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, England -- 1953-1960s.
Length 5-3/8 inches
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filler like the later Parker 51s and the Parker 21s.
Color Blue cap, barrel, and section with matching cap jewel. It has gold plated trim including a thin chevron cap band.
Nib Medium 14k nib. It is labeled 10 which means it's a nib that goes on a junior sized pen. Very smooth nib, with some flexibility. Please see writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. There's a bit of brassing on the edge of the cap band. The clip looks good, except for a couple of spots of plating loss on the edges of the arrow tip. The rest of the clip is excellent, including the cap tassie. The cap jewel looks perfect. Imprint is faded but readable. Both barrel and cap are smooth and shiny. A couple of fins are broken off of the feed, but this should not affect the writing performance.
