Filling System Piston filling system. It works very well.
Color The New York model is a cracked ice mix of black and white with a white cap and end piece and a black section. It has silver colored trim. It's probably palladium based since that's what's used for M405, M805, and M1005 trim. The photo images are quite accurate with regard to color (the white color has a slight blue-greyish tinge).
Nib Broad 18k nib. The outer box shows an M (for Medium) nib size, but the nib is marked a clear B (for Broad).
Condition Mint condition, in orginal box, with "New York" paperwork. Never inked. (The box label says it has a medium nib, but this is definitely a broad nib.) No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or scratches. The pen has never been inked.
