Product Name K400 (We think that's the right model number, which is still in use by Pelikan, even though this ballpoint is older.) This is the older style with one cap band.
Manufacturer and Year Pelikan - Germany (year unknown, but it was made after 1992)

Filling System Takes a Pelikan refill, which is actually a Parker style refill; that makes them very easy to find and available in a wide variety of colors and styles.
Color Black body, green striated marble cap, and gold plated trim.
Condition Excellent condition, with a little scratching on the cap, barrel and the clip.
