Color Solid dark blue ("dunkelblau" in German) color with double banded trim. The trim is silver colored. Some places identify it as rhodium plated trim but the M605 models usually have palladium plated trim.
Nib 14k B nib. It is two-tone and a little bouncy. The silver colored part of the two-tone is rhodium plating.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box with paperwork. Light handwear and microscratching, but no chips, cracks, dents, or major scratches. One of the feed fins is slightly wavy, probably caused by heat setting when they changed the nib, but this should not cause any problems with the pen's operation. This is easily visible in the photo featuring the reverse side of the nib unit. The plating on the trim shows minimal marks and no brassing or pitting. The pelicans on the cap derby look perfect. Comes packaged in box with outer cardboard sleeve and paperwork. Note that the box and the clip tag both indicate that the pen originally had an extra-fine nib, but the nib was changed to a broad by a previous owner.
