Product Name Model P21 Silvexa Black. P21 indicates cartridge/converter while M21 refers to the piston filler with the same design.
Manufacturer and Year Pelikan, made in Germany -- 1969-73.

Filling System It takes Pelikan and most international cartridges. It also takes Pelikan converters and some international converters. Pelikan pens tend to be picky with converters. We couldn't find a converter in house that fit. A long black Pelikan cartridge is included in the barrel.
Color Brushed nickel silver cap with a black body and a transparent blue viewing window.
Nib MEDIUM 14k white gold nib. It's smooth and firm with nice tipping. It looks like it's rhodinized gold with a little bit of masking wear but was advertised as a white gold nib.
Condition Near mint condition with no noticeable handwear. No scratches, chips, cracks, or dents. We've cleaned and tested the pen and it's working very well.
