Product Name Pelikan R400 Souveran
Manufacturer and Year Pelikan, Germany. Likely from the 1980s-1992, based on the "W. Germany" cap band imprint. This is what they call the older style because it lacks a gold plated band at the base of the turning knob (which of course doesn't do anything on the rollerball model except open the pen up for refill replacement).

Filling System Takes a very standard rollerball refill, the same one used by Aurora, Delta, Omas, etc. There is currently a medium Pelikan blue refill in the pen and it's working quite well.
Color Black cap, green striped barrel, black end pieces, gold plated trim.
Condition Excellent condition. The cap has light to moderate scratching. The clip and clip ring both look good, no brassing or plating wear. Cap band looks great. The barrel has light scratching. The barrel end knob has some scratching and tiny dents along the edge. The plating is in great condition.
