Product Description
Type Vintage lever filling fountain pen.
Product Name Unknown model.
Manufacturer and Year Pick Pen Co., Cincinnati, Ohio. They made pens from 1920 to 1933, and since this model seems vaguely Balance-like, we are guessing this pen is from the later years.
Length 5-3/8"
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and its working well.
Color Green marled and black color with gold plated trim and two thin cap bands.
Nib SEMI-FLEX MEDIUM gold Pick #1 nib is smooth with nice tipping material. The line varies from a larger fine to a nice smaller broad with a little pressure.
Condition Excellent condition. There are just some light scratches here and there on the cap and barrel, as well as some marks of brassing on the ball of the clip and parts of the cap bands, and just a couple small spots on the lever. There's just a tiny bit of slightly blue-ish staining on the barrel's threads. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, or personalization. It's fully restored and working well.
