Product Name Decimo. This is a slightly more slender version of the popular Vanishing Point.

Length 5-1/2"
Filling System Pilot cartridge or converter. A Pilot CON-40 piston converter is currently installed. The box also contains a cartridge along with the the metal cartridge cover, which is recommended to keep the cartridge from being pierced by the internal mechanism.
Color Metallic Navy Blue with chrome trim.
Nib 18k fine nib. (Note that the nib is yellow gold colored, with no rhodium masking. We usually see Pilot matching the nib to the rest of the pen's furniture, so the nib unit may have been swapped.
Condition Near mint condition, in box with paperwork. It has been inked, but there are very few signs of use, just some touches of microscratching. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The Decimo is a slightly slimmer version of Pilot's Vanishing Point retractable fountain pen - the diameter at the grip of the VP is 11.8mm, whereas the Decimo's grip diameter is 10.6mm. Additionally, the Decimo is lighter - 20.6g vs. 30g for the VP. If you love the retractability and ease of deployment of the Vanishing Point, but it's just a touch too big or heavy, the Decimo may be a better fit for you.
