Nib SCRIPT nib is 14k and looks like a modern fine. It's smooth with nice tipping material and fairly firm. This nib was apparently the succesor to their stenographers nib, with a more round nib shape and encorporating a bigger ball of iridium. Designed for writing quickly for long periods.
Here's a great reference article on vintage Japanese nibs.
Condition Very nice condition. No cracks, dings, or dents. There are some chips in the black finish on the cap showing the aluminum underneath, and some Kanji characters lightly etched on the barrel. There are scratches and wear marks on the trim. It's worn but works well.
