Product Name This pen is commonly called the Volex. The model started as the MYU in the late 1970s, and was later modified to have a non-integrated nib unit, and that's what they call "Brother to MYU" or Volex. Here's a great write-up on these very collectible models.
Manufacturer and Year Pilot, Japan, date code of H887 which indicates it was made in August 1987 in the Hiratsuka plant.

Filling System Pilot cartridges or short converters. We will ship it with a CON-20 converter installed.
Color Stainless steel (brushed) with two painted black bands on the cap. Section is black.
