Filling System Piston-style filling system. The nib is dipped in ink and the chrome piston peaking out at the end of the barrel is turned to draw in the ink.
Color Spiraled Carboiridium coated with Iridium. The pen is dark with an iridium sheen that can be seen as the pen is turned and moved. Chrome trim, "feather" clip, and piston. The cap has a deep slant and is cut to fit perfectly on the barrel with a magnetic click.
Nib QUILL nib is 14k. Very soft feeling and flexible.
Condition Near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a long, heavy pen that is modern in design but inspired by the earliest fountain pens (bamboo or wood sculpted and quill). There are some small scratch marks where the cap fits on the barrel as well as microscratching on the clip. A tiny bit of plating wear where the clip attaches to the oval plate. The limited edition serial number is clearly imprinted on the end of the barrel along with the maker's imprint.
