Color Platinum design of gold bunny and moon on black. The gold painting or "maki-e" is over urushi lacquer. The trim is gold plated.
Nib BROAD 14k #3776 nib. The Platinum broad nibs write like Western medium nibs.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful shiny black pen with a whimsical bunny, moon, and bamboo shoots design painted in gold. The barrel has mainly light scratching with a few short horizontal scratches and one diagonal scratch that crosses across the sitting bunny's ear. The cap has light scratching. The cap band and clip have some microscratching. All imprints are clear.
