Manufacturer and Year Platinum, Japan -- Probably 1990s. The President is a current model but it has changed significantly. Platinum calls it its flagship model and it not surprising that over time the model has evolved.

Filling System Comes with a Platinum converter, and it will also take Platinum cartridges.
Color Reddish burgundy with gold plated trim. It has a flat top and bottom and a slip cap. The newest version of this model has a screw on cap and rounded ends.
Nib Broad 22k nib. The Japanese character on the pen is "太" which means thick or fat. This will write like a Western broad. The nib size is labeled on the nib and on the sticker.
Condition Near mint condition. It looks pretty much perfect with handwear only on the section. It has the original sticker on the body and is fully guaranteed.
