Manufacturer and Year Platinum, Japan -- Relatively recent, as it matches the current version of the pen and the model has changed significantly over time. Platinum calls it its flagship model. The warranty card is marked as originally sold in late 2015.

Filling System Platinum cartridges or converters. A blue cartridge is included in the box, and a converter is installed in the pen.
Color Wine Red with gold-plated trim. It has rounded ends and looks quite similar to the Platinum 3776 but with a different clip.
Nib ULTRA-EXTRA FINE two-toned 18k nib. This produces a VERY fine line, and we suggest that you use a light touch while writing with the pen.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. There is very light handwear and microscratching visible under magnification. The pen has the original clip tag and there is an ink cartridge and paperwork in the box. The imprints are clear.
