Product Name The Non-Spill Ink Well. This product was made under contract for the Navy and the side of the box references the contract number.

Dimensions The base has a bottom diameter of 2-3/4" and it stands around 1-1/2" tall with the top screwed on.
Filling System For fountain pens. The opening in the top of the black cover is about 1/3 of an inch in diameter, so not all pens are going to fit. Instructions for usage are on the side.
Color The base is made of glass and the top screw on lid is made of plastic with a glass attachment.
Condition New, never used, in original box.
