Manufacturer and Year Reform, W Germany -- Unknown, but probably from the mid-1990s. The band says "Germany" and the nib says "W Germany."

Filling System Takes international cartridges and converters. Ships with an installed converter.
Color Black body with gold plated trim. It has a black cap jewel and a bevel at the end of the barrel to match it.
Nib Fine gold plated nib. Marked "F." A noticeable amount of the gold plating has worn away around the tines but there is still lots of tipping material for smooth writing.
Condition Nice working Condition. There has been wear of the gold plating on the nib but the clip is in excellent condition with only touches of brassing. There are some scratches on the cap lip and the plating has been worn away to match. Overall the pen looks nice and works well. The barrel has only light handwear and no major scratches, dents, or other marks.
