Product Name Unknown. This was an advertising promotion for W. Harrison.
Manufacturer and Year Unknown. The pencil is marked Regent and may be a mate for the pen, though the pen is not marked and there are subtle differences. Regent was a name used by Onoto De La Rue, but we don't think this was made by that maker.

Filling System The fountain pen has a button filling system, and we have replaced the bladder and it works well. The pencil takes .9mm leads and is also working well.
Color Brown and black mottled celluloid (or perhaps casein) with steel trim.
Nib Steel medium nib.
Condition Excellent with no cracks or deep scratches. It works well.
