Color Gold and black design printed over brass cap and barrel with brass trim and decorated with Queen Elizabeth I's family emblem, the Tudor rose, the French fleur-de-lis, and two E's back to back, Queen Elizabeth's cipher. Black section.
Nib Medium steel nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautiful, elegant, and regal commemorative pen that is sold by the Metropolitan Museum in New York City. The section has some small microscratches. The cap and barrel are in beautiful condition with all decorations intact and unscathed. The clip and cap band have a few little black dots. The top piece of the cap features an imprint that says "The Met by Retro 51 0227". Above that is a knurled section and then a top piece that has "The Met" printed on the flat top. All of this is in mint condition. All imprints are clear.
