Manufacturer and Year Rotring, made in Germany -- 1990s. Most of the Newtons are marked Japan, but finding one with a Germany imprint is not unheard of. Not marked Levenger.

Filling System Takes standard converters or cartridges. A converter is installed.
Nib EXTRA-FINE steel nib. The side of the nib is labelled with an M, so it was originally a medium, but it has clearly been modified and we estimate that it's an EF now.
Color Matte black coating over brass with the company's signature red ring near the top of the cap, and a matte black accommodation clip.
Condition Excellent + working condition. The cap and barrel look great, with even coating all over. The little nubs that hold the cap closed do show some of the brass underneath due to the contact required when capping and uncapping. Everything else on the pen looks fantastic, no scratches, dents, dings, or personalization.
