Filling System Takes older S.T. Dupont cartridges and converters or Parker style cartridges and converters. A piston converter is installed. To access the converter, you need to unscrew the short section, which can be a little tricky because it's hard to get a grip on. In order to start the section unscrewing, you put the cap on but don't push it on all the way so that it snaps, then turn it and the section will start to unscrew, and you can finish unscrewing it with your fingers.
Color Red Strata is a desert sunset striation pattern that looks like stacked layers of burnt orange, orange, yellow-orange, and browns. The serial number E2UV18 is on the clip. The clip has a strip of the pen material in the center.
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a slim, cylindrical pen that is very shiny and that has a beautiful color pattern or oranges, yellows, and browns. The barrel is excellent. The cap has some light microscratching. The gold trim and cap band all have microscratching, from light to moderate. The top piece of the cap has some wear along edges. All imprints are clear.
