Filling System Takes Sailor-style cartridges and converters. A Sailor converter is installed and the box contains an unused Sailor cartridge and a bottle of Sailor Jentle black ink.
Color Black ebonite cap and barrel with 24k gold plated trim. The section is black resin and not ebonite. While incredibly shiny, the pen does not have an urushi coating.
Nib Medium Naginata-togi 21k nib. The nib is labeled "NM," and has the blade like shape that identifies it as a naginata nib. These nibs write with line variation based off of the held angle (including upside down) and require some practice to master. The nib itself is much larger than the Sailor 1911 nib.
Condition Superior condition. The pen has some light handwear and the nib looks used. Overall there are no dents, chips, missed polished areas, or cracks. The trim is perfect. It ships in a wooden box with paperwork, polishing cloth, cartridge, and bottle of ink.
