Product Name Unknown. There's a little logo on the top of the ballpoint that says Diplomat.
Manufacturer and Year The box says Senator, but the nib and the little logo says Diplomat.

Filling System Cartridge or converter. International style. We will include a cartridge. The ballpoint seems to take Parker compatible refills.
Color Black lacquer with sparkly brown lacquer, gold plated trim.
Nib BROAD. Steel.
Condition Very nice condition with some flaking of the gold plated areas, especially near the nib. The ballpoint has a logo "jewel" on the top of the cap, but this is missing from the fountain pen. The original box has a broken hinge.
