Condition Near mint condition, in multi-purpose box that is a pen and business card holder, and with paperwork. This is a shiny, beautifully colored pen, that is eye-catching. There is a bit of paint chipping along the tip of the cone, but it's very hard to see because the underlying color is dfark blue. The imprint is clear.
